Disclaimer Serpong Garden Apartment PT Hutama Anugrah Propertindo, perusahaan kerjasama antara PT Harapan Inti Persada Indah (HIPI) dan Karya Cipta Group, pembangun proyek Serpong Garden Apartment (Segar) di kawasan Cisauk – Serpong, tepatnya di Jl Raya Cisauk Lapan, Tangerang, Banten.
PT Hutama Anugrah Propertindo telah menunjuk konsorsium perusahaan konstruksi asal China untuk membangun proyek Serpong Garden Apartment yakni CSCEC Strait atau China Strait Construction Engineering Corp yang merupakan anak perusahaan milik BUMN China State Construction Engineering and Co, Ltd yang dikenal sebagai perusahaan konstruksi dan infrastruktur terbesar di China, bahkan di dunia.
“Prosesi ground breaking ini sebagai bukti komitmen kami terhadap konsumen. Kami akan membangun Serpong Garden Apartment dengan kualitas yang baik dan sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah direncanakan. Kami berusaha untuk memberikan produk yang terbaik dengan delivery tepat waktu,” ujar Subianto Satmaka, Direktur Utama PT Hutama Anugrah Propertindo.
Serpong Garden Apartment dikembangkan di atas lahan seluas 2,7 hektar, terdiri dari 5 tower (Tower Cattleya & Tower Bellerosa, Tower Diamanta 1, Tower Diamanta 2 serta tower lainnya), dengan luas total lantai bangunan mencapai 171.000 m2 dan total ± 5000-an unit apartemen yang menelan investasi sebesar Rp 1,2 triliun. Serpong Garden Apartment akan dibangun dalam beberapa tahapan dengan masa pengembangan selama 5 tahun.
